1. Service Description

Ascend provides digital athletic performance programs, training systems, and related content for competitive soccer players. Programs are delivered through our website at ascend-athlete.com.

2. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service, or have parental consent.

3. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. One-time program purchases are non-refundable after 7 days. Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time — you will retain access through the end of your billing period. Refund requests within 7 days of purchase can be made by contacting us.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: redistribute, resell, or share purchased program content; use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or impersonate another person.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, programs, branding, and materials on Ascend are owned by Ascend and its creators. Purchasing a program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own training.

6. Disclaimer

Ascend provides athletic training information and programs for educational purposes. We are not medical professionals. Consult a physician before starting any training program. You assume all risk associated with using our programs and training recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
