30

Days, end to end

6

Pillars trained every day

Your athlete trains hard. Hard isn’t a system.

Most of what happens between practices is unstructured. The mental side. Fueling. Recovery. Recruiting. The reps an athlete does alone. Thirty days of the system covers all of it — every session, every day, mapped end to end.

Same hours. Same effort. A system that makes all of it compound.

The 30-day spine

Foundation. Build. Chaos.

01

Foundation

Days 1–10

Build the base. Lock in movement patterns, establish training habits, develop scanning awareness. Every rep intentional.

02

Build

Days 11–20

Layer complexity. Speed increases, decisions get faster, sessions demand more. Body and brain adapt together.

03

Chaos

Days 21–30

Perform under pressure. Everything you’ve built gets tested in chaotic, game-realistic environments. Day 30 is the showcase.

Built for ages 9–22.

Age-specific safety built in. No weightlifting under 13, no barbell work under 15. Position-specific adjustments for every role.

For the athlete

You know exactly what to do every day. No more wondering what to work on — just show up and execute. Day 30 is your showcase.

For the parent

You don’t need a soccer background. Every session includes a parent note explaining what was trained and why. Follow the system.

How does the free trial work?+

Days 1–3 unlock with just an email. No card, no commitment. After Day 3, Platform Access keeps you in for $49 a month or $399 a year.

What equipment do we need?+

A ball, cones, and a wall. That’s the first phase. Gym access helps for the strength sections, but bodyweight alternatives are included for every exercise.

Is this just fitness, or does it include technical work?+

Both. Every session integrates ball work with physical training. Stress stacking, touch, speed, and power in the same session, not isolated.

What if my athlete plays a different position?+

Position-specific adjustments for goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards. The core methodology is the same; the details adapt.

Is this safe for younger players?+

Yes. No weightlifting under 13, no barbell work under 15. Age group is collected during onboarding and exercises are automatically adjusted with safe alternatives shown inline.

What does Platform Access include?+

The full 30-day program, the drill library, recruiting tools, the athlete dashboard, XP and ranks. No live 1:1 with Kai and Miko. If you want that, look at the Individual Development Plan on the Mentorship page.

What if I want to work directly with Kai and Miko?+

That’s the Individual Development Plan. Custom plan, 1:1 sessions, film review, written feedback. Custom pricing. Book a call on the Mentorship page.
