How does the free trial work?

Days 1-3 are fully unlocked with just an email. No credit card, no commitment. After Day 3, you can unlock full access to the system for $199.

What equipment do I need?

A ball, cones, and a wall. That's it for the first block. Gym access is needed for the strength sections — but bodyweight alternatives are included for every exercise.

Is this just fitness or does it include technical work?

Both. Every session integrates ball work with physical training. We call it stress stacking — touch, speed, and power in the same session, not in isolation.

What if my kid plays a different position?

The system includes position-specific adjustments for goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards. The core methodology is the same, the details adapt.

Is this safe for younger players?

Yes. No weightlifting under 13, no barbell work under 15. Age group is collected during onboarding and exercises are automatically adjusted with safe alternatives shown inline.
